WELCOME WEEK

Welcome Week is the first chance to make a big impression on new students. The app can scale to enable up to 1000 students at a time to participate in a bespoke hunt designed for specific departments/schools. Incorporating key buildings, the hunt will ensure that students can orientate themselves to the places they need to be on that particular course - and have fun and make new friends in the process.

OPEN DAY EVENTS

By setting up a 'roll on roll off' hunt, potential students can access a general tour of the campus, visiting key locations and learning more about all the different features the university has to offer.

At the end, they can be sent to student servcies to speak to staff and/or fill in their details into a form to request more information. This allows larger number of students to visit on specific dates without requiring management by staff.

SELF GUIDED

This type of hunt offers you the flexibility to have potential students turn up when they wish to, and still be able to tour the university - whilst being given valuable information about it. They do not have to occur on a specific date and do not require staff oversight. Instead students will be able to navigate the route without needing to be seen by any member of staff. This is a great product for those who wish to do their own research on a university.
