FAQs

How many people can do a hunt?

As you can see from our plans, there are minnimum numbers - but we do not put a limit on the maximum number of participants.

In reality, our larger hunts average 200 players - but we can accomodate the numbers you need.

How long does a hunt last?

We measure our hunts in terms of locations, not minutes. Usually a 10 location hunts last approximately 90 mins and a 15 location hunt, 120 mins. However, unless requested, all our hunts are open ended. This means that they last for the duration of the date you have booked. This allows you to take your time and enjoy the experience.

Where do the hunts start from?

You tell us! As we are building the hunts for our customers, they are able to specify a particular location to start at. But you can leave the decision to us if you want.

Are the hunts entirely outside?

This is another question that you already have the answer for. We can build the hunts to include visit to the inside of specific buildings if you wish. For example art galleries or museums. Additionally, if you have any buildings on site - we can put them into the hunt.

Do all players have to use their phone?

Yes. The challenges that teams encounter are sent to individuals' phones and they must answer. The hunts are designed to improve teamwork and communication, so if everyone has a phone, everyone recieved challenges and people work together to successfully achieve the common goal.

What happens if the weather is bad?

When you book a date for a hunt, obviously the main aim is to do it on that day. However, we understand that the weather in the UK is not the most predicatable!

So if you  need to postpone - for whatever reason - we will do our absolute best to reschedule the event for you,, at no additional cost.

How accessible are the hunts?

We aim to make all of our hunts as acccessible as possible. But as they are generally located in public places, we do not have any control over roadworks, closed routes etc.

If you have any questions regarding accessibility - please get in touch. We work closely with our partners at The Accessible Guide to ensure we can meet your access requirements.

What do we wear to do the hunt?

We suggest dressing as comfortably as possible. Certainly normal "business wear" is possibly not the best idea - if you feel restricted you may not fully engage with the experience.

Footwear should be trainers/walking shoes etc. You won'y be scaling a mountain - but nobody want sore feet due to inappropriate [but no doubt highly stylish!] shoes.
