Temporary roadworks, building works, public events, maintenance, diversions, changes to pedestrian routes, lift or ramp closures, restricted access, or other unforeseen circumstances may mean that parts of a route are temporarily inaccessible. While we regularly review and update our hunts, we cannot guarantee that every location will remain fully accessible at all times. We recommend allowing extra time for your adventure and, where necessary, choosing an alternative route around any temporary obstruction. Our app is designed so that, in most cases, participants can continue their adventure even if a particular location cannot be reached exactly as planned. If you have specific accessibility requirements or would like advice before purchasing a hunt, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the most suitable options. We also welcome feedback from participants, as it helps us continually improve the accessibility and inclusivity of future PuzzleDuck experiences.

Liverpool’s waterfront is famous around the world. But how much of it have you actually noticed?
This self-guided Digital Treasure Hunt takes you on an adventure through one of the most exciting parts of the city, where enormous ships once sailed, millions of passengers began new lives and Liverpool built its reputation as one of the world’s great ports.
But there’s much more hiding here than ships and docks.
As you explore, you’ll uncover heroic stories, magnificent buildings, unusual sculptures, hidden symbols, wartime secrets and ingenious pieces of engineering that thousands of people walk past every day.
You’ll discover how Liverpool kept ships moving safely through one of the world’s busiest ports, search for clues amongst some of the city’s most famous architecture and uncover stories of bravery, travel, music and the people who helped shape the city.
Along the way, PuzzleDuck will challenge you with puzzles, riddles, observation challenges and creative team tasks. You'll need sharp eyes, good teamwork and a willingness to look at Liverpool a little differently.
