- Plan for larger numbers in teams of 4–10, with invitations, team organisation and a shared adventure. Tell us what you want people to get from the day.
- Fit the rest of your day
- Discuss a longer playing window, staggered teams and a preferred finish time or destination. Indoor venues can be considered as part of the route brief, subject to access and suitability.
- Support and results
- Remote hunt management is part of the corporate service. We agree the support window and organiser arrangements in your quote. When the event finishes, the organiser receives an email with private download links for team results, PDF certificates and any available event photos.
- Make it your own
- Discuss company values, your mission and up to five optional side missions: additional challenges where selected players step away from the main hunt to collect agreed physical objects. Multi-city events, fully bespoke routes, branding and client-supplied content are quoted separately. We agree the scope before you book.

A few things to check before you set off.
Does every player need a phone?
Phone requirements depend on the hunt format. The public hunt page or booking confirms whether each player needs the app. Anyone playing on a phone should bring it charged and have mobile data available.
What happens if the weather is bad?
This is the UK, so there’s always a chance the weather might decide to join your adventure too. A bit of wind? A splash of rain? Sometimes that just makes the hunt even more memorable. Grab a coat, embrace the elements and carry on exploring. But if the weather turns properly grim, don’t worry. Your hunt does not expire once you start it. You can stop at any point, head somewhere warm, and come back to finish your adventure when the weather improves. So whether you’re hunting in sunshine, drizzle or full-on British sideways rain, the choice is yours. The city will still be there when you’re ready. Scheduled group bookings follow the arrangements in your booking confirmation.
How accessible are the hunts?
Public places can change because of roadworks, closures, or other local conditions. Share access requirements before booking so the proposed route and any known constraints can be checked and discussed.
